How do you price – per room, per hotel, or per contact?

We price per property (hotel). Each plan includes a set number of guest profiles, messaging volume, and properties. This keeps pricing simple and predictable as you grow.

What happens if I exceed my included email / SMS volume?

We'll notify you before you hit your limit. You can upgrade your plan or purchase additional volume at a per-message rate. We never cut you off mid-campaign.

Can I try it before I commit?

Yes. Start a free 14-day trial with full access to all features. No credit card required. If you need more time, we're happy to extend.

Does this replace my PMS or channel manager?

No. HotelX integrates with your existing PMS and channel manager. We pull guest data and booking information to power personalized journeys, but we don't replace your core systems.

Which PMS and channel managers do you integrate with?

We integrate with major systems including Opera, Mews, Cloudbeds, Little Hotelier, and channel managers like SiteMinder, D-Edge, and more. If you don't see your system, ask us—we add new integrations regularly.

How long does onboarding take?

Most hotels are sending their first automated journey within 2-3 days. Full setup (mapping all journeys, training your team) typically takes 1-2 weeks. Enterprise customers get dedicated onboarding support.
